Summary of Ideas About Personal Success

After interviewing three people with different backgrounds whose identities will not be disclosed, the summary of their ideas about personal success will be as follows.

Although these people have different views about what success is, they share some key factors. Mainly, they agree that success is the result of achieving a goal, something that has been wanted during a period of their lives. Nevertheless, it is in this achievement where they differ. One of the interviewed sees success as something related to the divine, to God. Their life has a purpose, and becoming successful is fulfilling this purpose. On the other hand, a less deep interpretation of success sees it as something mundane that can happen at any time in different contexts; for instance, a person can have a successful career and be successful from that perspective but may have a flawed or failed romantic life. Besides, their success could become a failure suddenly, due to the ephemeral nature of it. It was also mentioned that success has a social component that may be seem like validation from the peers. Finally, the interviewed tried to avoid considering having money as a sign of success but, eventually, most of them agree in the fact that money can help significantly to achieve personal success.

Overall your text is pretty good. Good punctuation, flow and organisation of ideas.

Well done! (1st of October)
